On March 1, at approximately 10:47 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue to investigate a call for a shooting. 

Upon arrival, officers observed a 20-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he is receiving treatment for his injuries. 

Western District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
