Western District Shooting Victim Transported to Hospital

On April 24, at approximately 12:24 a.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 1400 block of Riggs Avenue for a report of a shooting.

Once there, Baltimore Police Department officers located a 37-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

Medics arrived on the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.
