Western District Shooting Leaves Two Dead

On Nov. 14, at approximately 10:32 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 2800 block of Edmondson Avenue to investigate a ShotSpotter alert. 

Upon arrival, Western District officers observed two unidentified males suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. Medics, despite life-saving measures, pronounced one of the unidentified deceased on the scene and transported the other unidentified male to an area hospital. The other unidentified male was initially listed in critical condition, but succumbed to his injuries.

Shakari Lee (B/M, D.O.B. 10/13/2004) was one of the victims.

Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
