Western District Officers Seeking Answers in Non-Fatal Shooting on W. Fayette Street

Western District shooting detectives for the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) are investigating a non-fatal shooting incident that occurred on Feb. 2.

On Thursday, at approximately 7:12 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of W. Fayette Street for a ShotSpotter alert.

Upon arrival, officers located an unidentified male who was suffering from a gunshot wound to his body.

The victim was transported to an area hospital. At this time, the victim’s condition is unknown.
