On July 6, at approximately 8:22 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 2400 block of Woodbrook Avenue to investigate the discharging of a firearm.
Upon arrival, officers located 47-year-old Antoin Hines suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body on the 1400 block of Traction Street. Medics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
