On Sept. 5, at approximately 4:52 p.m., officers responded to the rear of the 800 block of North Fremont Avenue to investigate a call for a DOA.
Upon arrival, officers located unidentified human remains. The human remains appeared to have been in that location for some time.
The Medical Examiner’s Office took possession of the human remains and will conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death and identify the body.
