A Baltimore man accused of killing 46-year-old Donald Lee Jackson in 2020 had his trial postponed on Jan. 31.
According to defense attorney Augustine Okeke, his client, George Pullett, did not begin his jury trial Tuesday morning as the case was postponed from its original trial date. Okeke did not have a reason for the postponement and told Baltimore Witness that a new trial date was not yet determined.
Pullett, 59, is charged with first-degree murder as well as attempted murder, assault, and three weapons charges for the fatal shooting on May 21, 2020, on the 3300 block of W. Baltimore Street.
