Weekend Non-Fatal Shooting Case Occurred Outside Baltimore City, Police Say

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an update regarding a non-fatal shooting incident that occurred in Central Baltimore on Dec. 12.

Investigators initially believed the incident occurred on the 1000 block of St. Paul Street, but learned after speaking with the 20-year-old male victim and a witness that it occurred outside BPD’s jurisdiction in Howard County.

A crime scene was located in Howard County, and Howard County police assumed control of the investigation.

This incident has been removed from BPD records.
