Victims in Stable Condition After Western District Shooting

On Sept. 21, at approximately 2:11 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 600 block of W. Hoffman Street to investigate a ShotSpotter alert.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 49-year-old female suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Officers continued to canvass the immediate area and located an 18-year-old male suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound on the 1100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Medics transported both victims to area hospitals, where they were listed in stable condition.

Western District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
