The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) has identified victims in two separate homicide incidents.
Quinton McLellan, 35, was killed Feb. 28, on the 1500 block of Ashland Avenue.
Jaythan Day, 16, was killed March 6, at a home on the 1400 block of W. Old Coldspring Lane.
