The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Northern District.
On Jan. 24, at approximately 1:14 p.m., Northern District officers responded to the 2400 block of Keyworth Avenue for a reported shooting.
Officers followed as the victim was transported to an area hospital. At the hospital, officers observed an adult female being treated for a gunshot wound to the leg.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot while in the 3600 block of Park Heights Avenue and driven to the 2400 block of Keyworth Avenue.
Northern District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and are investigating this incident.
