Victim of Eutaw Street Double Shooting Succumbs to Injuries

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an update regarding a homicide.

Vernon Richards, 54, was killed April 1 during a double shooting on the 800 block of N. Eutaw Street.

The incident marks the second double shooting on Eutaw Street this week.
