On Feb. 24, the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a victim in the Feb. 15 Southeast District fatal shooting.
On Feb. 15, 33-year-old Francisco Cuffey was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crime in the 6100 block of Plantview Way after succumbing to an apparent non life-threatening gunshot wound.
