On Sept. 28, at around 6:25 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 600 block of North Highland Avenue to investigate a call for a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 24-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound and a graze wound. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital to receive treatment for his injuries.
Southeast District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
