On June 1, at approximately 3:42 a.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 5200 block of Reisterstown Road for reports of a shooting.
Once at the location, an officer located two victims inside a dwelling. Both victims were suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Joe Lynch, 54, was pronounced deceased on scene. An unidentified female victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. She is currently in stable but critical condition.
