The Baltimore Police Department updated the public June 18 about a homicide that took place earlier this month on the 1300 block of Ensor Street.
According to a press release, the name of the victim is Kozee Spriggs. The 18-year-old woman was allegedly shot by Baltimore resident Kevin Dudley, 38, who was charged with first and second-degree murder.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 13.
