43-Year-Old Man Shot on Walker Avenue

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting in the afternoon on Jan. 25. 

According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 1400 block of Walker Avenue at approximately 2:43 p.m. for reports of shots being fired, where they found 43-year-old James Blue suffering from multiple gunshots to the body. 

The medics took the victim to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead by hospital staff. 

A reward of $4,000 is being offered for tip-charges as well as $10,000 for tip-convictions.
