The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the evening of Aug. 17.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 1400 block of Mosher Street around 8:43 p.m. after receiving a shot spotter alert to investigate reported gunfire, where an unidentified man was found suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported by ambulance to an area hospital in critical condition.
Western District Shooting detectives were summoned and assumed control over the investigation. Anyone that has information about this incident is urged to contact detectives at (410)396-2477.
