Unidentified Man Found Shot on E. Preston Street

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shot spotter alert in the evening on May 9. 

According to a news release, officers were called to the 3000 block of E. Preston Street around 9:43 p.m. for a shot spotter alert, where they found an unidentified man suffering from gunshot wounds. 

The victim was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased by medical personnel.

Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.
