The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the evening on June 4.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to Ramsay at Ashton Street around 6:17 p.m for reports of a shooting they were directed to the 1900 block of Wilhelm Street, where they found 41-year-old Dwayne Davis suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Once the medics arrived, they pronounced the victim dead on the scene.
