The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the early afternoon hours on Jan. 21.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 500 block of Oakland Avenue at York Road at approximately 12:55 p.m. for reports of shots being fired, where they found a 22-year-old man and 25-year-old Crisster Talbert suffering from a gunshot wound inside a vehicle.
The medics took the 22-year-old man to an area hospital, where he currently is in a serious condition, while Talbert was pronounced dead at the scene.
