Two Teens Shot in Central District

On Oct. 12, at approximately 1:29 a.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 600 block of West Franklin Street for reports of a shooting. Officers arrived and observed a 16-year-old male victim and a 19-year-old male victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment.
