On July 16, at around 5:41 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 2400 block of Frederick Avenue to investigate a call for a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 20-year-old Theodore Burrell suffering from numerous life-threatening gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where, despite life-saving measures, he was pronounced deceased.
Officers then received calls for two walk-in shooting victims at area hospitals. Upon arriving at the area hospitals, officers observed a 23-year-old male and an 18-year-old male, both suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the 23-year-old male and 18-year-old male were shot on the 2400 block of Frederick Avenue.
Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
