Fauntleroy, 28, is charged with attempted first and second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, firearm possession with a felony conviction, and illegal possession of a regulated firearm, possessing a firearm with a drug conviction, having a loaded handgun on his person, use of a firearm in a felony violent crime, and discharging firearms in connection with an incident that occurred on April 16.
According to the Daily Voice, Fauntleroy was arrested and charged with the shooting of a 53-year-old man on the 900 block of Leadenhall Street.
Judge Phinn scheduled for the defendant to start trial on March 6, 2023, before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Martin P. Welch.
