On Feb. 26, at approximately 5:54 p.m., Northeast District Crime Suppression Units were in the 5500 block of Bowley’s Lane when they heard discharging.
The officers responded and located three males, ages 21, 18, and 19, who were suffering from gunshot wounds.
Mason Kelly, 21, was pronounced deceased on the scene by Baltimore City medics, while the other two victims were transported to area hospitals. Their conditions are unknown at this time.
The officers advised they saw the suspect, an unidentified male, but were too far away at the time to apprehend him.
Homicide detectives with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) are on the scene and and are investigating this incident.
