Teenage Girl Shot in Hip on Gwynns Falls Parkway

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on April 11 on Gwynns Falls Parkway. 

According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 3300 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway at approximately 2:48 a.m., where they found a 17-year-old female suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the right hip. 

The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

Northwest District Shooting detectives have assumed control over the investigation.
