Teen Suffers Multiple Gunshot Wounds on Franklin Street

On April 9, at approximately 8:35 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers were patrolling Franklin Street when they heard gunshots coming from the 3900 block of Franklin Street.

Upon arrival, Baltimore Police Department officers located a 17-year-old male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. The victim was transported to an area hospital and listed in stable condition.
