The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Northeast District.
On April 27, at approximately 2:18 p.m., Northeast District patrol officers received notification of a shooting in the 5800 block of Northwood Drive.
Upon arrival, officers located an 18-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Medics responded to the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital.
The victim is expected to survive.
