In reference to the shooting that occurred on Oct. 4, in the Western District, Baltimore Police Department investigators have arrested 18-year-old Tony Hubbard of Baltimore.
Investigators believe that Hubbard shot a 15-year-old male while on the 900 block of Mckean Avenue.
Detectives arrested Hubbard on Oct. 23 and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he will be charged with attempted first-degree murder and additional charges.
