Teen Arrested for August Murder

In reference to the homicide that occurred in the Eastern District on Aug. 17, Baltimore Police Department detectives have arrested a 15-year-old from Baltimore.

Investigators learned that the 15-year-old male fatally shot Robert Wagner while on the 600 block of Cherry Blossom Way.

On Nov. 30, Warrant Apprehension Taskforce Detectives arrested the 15-year-old male while on the 2600 block of Quantico Avenue. Detectives transported the 15-year-old male to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with first-degree murder.

On August 17, 2023, at approximately 11:36 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 700 block of West Saratoga Street for a report of a crash.

Once there, officers located an 18-year-old male inside of a vehicle suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to an area hospital.
