Rudy Malcom is an assistant editor at Baltimore Witness as part of the Poynter-Koch Media and Journalism Fellowship. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University in May 2021, where he studied creative writing and served as editor-in-chief of the student newspaper. He has previously interned with Out for Justice in Baltimore and reported for Anton Media Group in Long Island, New York.
