In reference to the homicide that occurred in the Southern District on June 14, Baltimore Police Department investigators have arrested 48-year-old Gregory Barnes.
Investigators learned Barnes shot and killed 39-year-old Dennis Edmonds, leaving Edmonds on the 4300 block of West Bay Avenue, where police later found him.
On Aug. 22, investigators arrested Gregory Barnes and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he was charged with first-degree murder.
