In reference to the homicide that occurred in the Southwest District on Aug. 4, 2023, Baltimore Police Department investigators have arrested 36-year-old Lamont Johnson of Baltimore.
Investigators learned that Johnson shot and killed 22-year-old Tiwan Wilson while on the 300 block of South Calhoun Street.
Lamont Johnson, who was being held at the Central Booking Intake Facility on unrelated gun and drug charges from an arrest that occurred on Sept. 14 on the 1900 block of Poplar Grove, was officially charged with first-degree murder.
Johnson is currently being held without bail.
