In reference to a homicide that occurred Jan. 18 in West Baltimore, investigators have arrested 40-year-old Derrick Ashe Jr.
Ashe was arrested in connection to the fatal early morning shooting of 36-year-old Jemel Dixon, which occurred on the 1000 block of W. North Avenue.
On Feb. 12, officers arrested Ashe on the 1900 block of Division Street and transported him to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with first- and second-degree murder, assault, and handgun violations.
