Suspect Arrested in Connection to Fatal 2nd Street Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an arrest in connection with a homicide in the Southern District.

On May 28, investigators arrested Ronald Hall, Jr., 48, without incident. The arrest was made in connection to the fatal shooting of Albert Manning, 37, that occurred on May 11, in the 3500 block of 2nd Street.

Hall was transported to the Central Booking & Intake Facility and charged with first- and second-degree murder, assault and handgun violations.
