On June 28, at around 10 a.m., Warrant Apprehension Task Force members arrested 36-year-old Fred Woods.

Baltimore Police Department detectives believe that Woods shot and killed 42-year-old Marvin Moore on June 18 on the 1100 block of Stoddard Court.

Detectives transported Woods to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with first-degree murder and additional charges.
