On June 16, at around 3:15 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 1800 block of Spence Street to investigate a call for a sick case.
Upon arrival, medics were performing life-saving measures on an unidentified individual; despite this, the individual was pronounced deceased. There were signs of trauma to the victim. An unidentified male was taken into custody regarding this incident. Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
