An investigation for a non-fatal shooting was changed to a homicide Aug. 17.
According to a press release, a 32-year old male was shot on the 2000 block of West Pratt Street. He was pronounced dead at an area hospital.
A 37-year-old male and an unidentified victim were treated for non-life threatening injuries.
