Southern District Officers Report Fatal Shooting of 25-Year-Old Male on West Pratt Street

The Baltimore Police Department’s (BPD) Southern District is looking for answers regarding a homicide which occurred on Dec. 29.

On Thursday, at approximately 1:56 p.m., patrol officers responded to the 2000 block of West Pratt Street to investigate a reported shooting. 

Once at the location, officers located 25-year-old Clarence Adkins IV suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he was pronounced deceased by hospital staff.
