On July 4, 2023, at approximately 10:40 a.m., officers responded to the 1600 block of McHenry Street to investigate a call for a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 53-year-old Michael Raub suffering from what appeared to be life-threatening stab wounds to his chest. Medics responded and transported Raub to the University of Maryland Medical Center Shock Trauma, where he was later pronounced deceased.
Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
