Southeast District Officers Seek Information in East Street Double Shooting

On May 19, at approximately 8:41 p.m., Southeast District officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 200 block of East Street to investigate a report of a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed 19-year-old Dabrae Edwards suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and an unidentified individual suffering from a gunshot wound to his right arm. Both victims were transported by medics to an area hospital for treatment of their injuries.

Edwards succumbed to his injuries on May 21.
