ShotSpotter Alerts Police to 15-Year-Old Wounded in Harlem Park Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Western District.

On May 19, at approximately 6:05 p.m., Western District officers responded to the 700 block of N. Gilmor Street to investigate ShotSpotter alerts.

Upon arrival, officers located a 15-year-old male victim who was suffering from an apparent graze wound to the hip.

The victim was transported to an area hospital and is listed in stable condition.

Western District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
