On June 24, at approximately 2:46 a.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 2500 block of Calverton Heights in reference to a ShotSpotter alert.
Once there, Baltimore Police Department officers canvased the area, locating 19-year-old Brandon Faison on the 800 block of North Warwick Avenue suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Faison later died of his injuries.
Medics arrived on the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.
