ShotSpotter Alert Leads Police to South Bentalou Street Shooting

On June 15, at around 2:50 a.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 500 block of South Bentalou Street to investigate a ShotSpotter alert. 

Upon arrival, officers located an unidentified male suffering from numerous non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he is receiving treatment for his injuries. 

Southwest Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
