The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Northeast District.

On May 23, at approximately 9:53 p.m., Northeast District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Officers located a 39-year-old male suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

At this time, the location of the shooting is unknown.
