The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred on July 9.
According to a press release, a Shot Spotter alert sent officers to the 1200 block of N. Potomac Avenue at around 2:45 p.m.
Moments later, a 24-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds walked into a local hospital. He was pronounced dead shortly after.
The age of the victim, though previously given as 25, was updated on July 13.
