Non-Fatal Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on July 16.
According to a press release, officers were called to a local hospital for a walk-in shooting investigation around 12:15 a.m. Thirty minutes later, officers were also notified that a victim drove himself to a different hospital after being shot.
At one hospital, officers found a 24-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his chest. The victim is listed in stable condition.
At the other hospital, officers found another man of the same age with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to his thigh.
Further investigation revealed that both victims were shot on the 4400 block of Belair Road.
