Shooting Occurs on Woodbrook Avenue

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the early morning of Oct. 13. 

According to a news release, officers were called to the 2400 block of Woodbrook Avenue at 4:41 a.m. for reports of shots being fired, where 27-year-old Gregory James Carroll was found suffering from gunshot wounds. 

The victim was pronounced dead by medical personnel. 

Homicide investigators were summoned and assumed control over the investigation.  Anyone who has information about this incident is urged to contact detectives at (410)396-2100.
