The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred on June 20 on the 4400 block of Frankford Avenue.
At approximately midnight, officers discovered a 57-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to his body, according to a press release. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
In a subsequent press release on June 22, the victim was identified as Joseph Evans of the 5200 block of Barbara Avenue.
