The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting in the late evening.
According to a news release, a 20-year-old male victim was found suffering from an apparent gunshot wound in the 4300 block of Hillen Road on Oct. 8, at approximately 10:05 p.m. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.
A preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot while on the campus of Morgan State University, during a Homecoming after party that was not authorized by the school.
